Return Policy

Sunstone Japan is dedicated to honest selling practices. However, we realize that, in some cases, there is a need to return a purchased item

Our return policy is as follows:

- Returns must be started within 7 days after delivery of product (as shown on USPS, etc. website)

- Customer must contact Sunstone Japan at info@sunstonejapan.com to obtain a return ID number.

- Customer bears all shipping costs related to the return 

- Product must be unaltered (product will be inspected upon receipt). If the returned product is found to be altered, the return may be cancelled and the product returned to the customer COD. For international customers, an invoice for the cost of shipping may be issued.

- If the product is found to be unaltered, the return will be approved and the customer will be refunded the full amount of the price of the product, minus a 10% restocking fee. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
